    • It was a rejuvinating experience being there, among other things. Overall, a reinvigorating faithfilled experience.

Still catching up on things after my move back down to Atlanta, GA. Believe it or not, the grass is only just now showing signs of new growth. I’m about ready to go cut it now. Just waiting for the lawn mower to get back from the shop. I’ve been itching to get out there and talk to God on the green ever since your posts on mowing the lawn.

      God bless you SR!

  2. I loved seeing what appeared to be prayers attached to the cross. It reminded me of the Cruce de Ferro along the Way of St. James in Spain. Very moving.

    • Thanks, Jeff. Those pieces of paper were prayer intentions that the missionaries asked the people on the streets for as they made their way through the city. It is beautiful to see them on the cross, it’s something else to see young people so zealous about their faith and evangelizing in the way that they did. I can’t relate the experience in words, you have to be there and see it for yourself.

    • Awesome is the word. The young boys and girls that I was with evangelized me that day by their joyful enthusiasm while witnessing to their faith. I was deeply touched and moved to say the least. God willing, this is something I will do every year.

  3. We need more kids like these.

There are so many youngsters who are on fire for their faith right now, and I believe there are currently more than there have been recently (20 years, or more).

    The pendulum is swinging back…slowly.

    • These kids give me a lot of hope. It was a pleasure and a privilege working with them. I believe they evangelized me as much as if not more than the people the greeted and passed on the street.
